Glanio – An out of the ordinary experience in an everyday place! / 13th Nov.

Join artists Marla King, Clara Rust and Fin Jordao for an immersive, guided walk around Llandrindod Lake, as they share choreographed movement exploring the themes of memory, loss, and connection to the place itself.

This first showing of a work in progress is timed to coincide with COP26, the conference on climate change happening in Glasgow, and aims to support public engagement with climate action.

The area around Llandrindod Lake is a protected woodland and cherished nature hub, where Glanio aims to bring us home to the trees and become nature ourselves.

Meet for the first performance at the Amphitheatre, by the lake. You will be given a map to follow, illustrated by SuzyBee.

You can also collect a map from the lakeside shop, or from Impelo, and you can follow it by yourself at any time to experience Glanio outside of the performances.

The original sound score will be available to download from the Artscape website after the event.
