Camilla Saunders

Camilla Saunders is a musician and composer with improvisation at the core of her work, and a background in music for the theatre.

She believes that art and creativity are an essential part of the response to the ecological crisis.

‘Hidden Connections’ weaves together different sounds, reflecting the sometimes unseen life around us, with the voices and thoughts of local children, and a re-telling of the ancient story of Plumlumon’s three river daughters.

These sounds formed the accompaniment to live solo dance performances by Sudestada Project which took place in Hafren Forest during the Cop26 fortnight in Autumn 2021.
