Stop Look See / 19th November

You and your families are warmly invited to join us for hot chocolate to celebrate the official launch of Stop, Look and See, a new artwork created by Brecknock Arts Collective in collaboration with families in Brecon.

Brecknock Arts Collective designed a series of nature walks and creative play activities at the Island Fields site and y Gaer in Brecon during which families collected natural materials to inspire art activities.

These artworks including cyano-type printing, mandala creation and movement have been used to create this new digital film that will run until 30th December 2021. The film explores our human curiosity and fascination with the natural world for pleasure, creativity and wellbeing.

Families who made cyano-type prints can collect their artwork from the reception at y Gaer, Brecon from 25th November.
